We work across four materials — metal, glass, fiber and wood — and design every piece around a specific occasion first, then figure out whether it should be personalised. That ordering matters: a lot of "customisable" gifting is a generic object with a name bolted on afterwards. Ours are designed with the engraving or etching as part of the object from day one.
We also made a decision early on to serve both a parent ordering one keepsake box and a company ordering four hundred corporate gift sets — the same design standard, just different pricing tiers.
